Sunny Citrine is wrapped in Sterling Silver in this new, unbreakable Rosary. The Citrine is gem quality, 6mm in a rondelle shape. It is nicely microfaceted, and capped with small, simple silver bead caps.

The Our Fathers are plump, 12mm handmade Lampwork Glass beads. Each bead is created over an open flame (that's the 'lamp') by a skilled artisan. The beads are capped in Sterling and flanked by small pearls. 

The Crucifix is solid Sterling and was hand cast from the Victorian original, then burnished to the original patina.

Each bead is double wrapped at each end in low-tarnish Argentium* 925 Sterling Silver wire for a connection so secure and durable that this Rosary is guaranteed against breakage for life. Period. You'll have to wear through the wire!

It is approx 27" long.

Despite its length, it remains light in the hand. It is silky smooth and prays well.

Here's the latest Rosary--just off the bead board--mottled blues and greens, 6x8mm, with red jasper Our Fathers.

The Hail Marys are mysterious, mottled beads, probably dyed Howlite. They're very pretty beads.  They are separated with black seed beads and Lapis donuts.

The russet colored Our Fathers are natural, however.  Each Our Father is capped in silver-plated Bali bead caps.  A rectangular silver-plated bead adds a final touch.

This Rosary is a pleasure to pray,  smooth and yet with a bit of texture in the lapis separators

New 'Ultimate Line' Rosary Listed!

Every so often, I create a Rosary that pulls out all the stops--and this substantial handmade Rosary is another in my 'Ultimate series.'   I used my best and most beautiful sterling silver bead caps, a 3" sterling Crucifix and a center of St Anne with the young Virgin Mary. The stormy blue Agate is from Brazil, and has been gaining in popularity steadily.  For this Rosary, I used a lighter blue for the Paters and a darker blue for the Aves.  Freshwater Pearls complete the Rosary.
This is a substantial Rosary--30" long and approx 6oz in weight (4oz of which is Low Tarnish Sterling).  The Aves are simply double wrapped with sturdy 21g wire on each end, then swirled around the bead itself for beauty and durability.  The wire wrapping is so strong, I guarantee it against breaking for life.  Period.
The Rosary has been carefully crimped to eliminate any sharp ends.  It is a pleasure to pray--the wire swirls around the Aves gently leads your fingers to the next bead, and the Rosary itself has a nice heft and feel in the hand.  Because of its size, this Rosary is not suited as a pocket  Rosary--but will happily live in a purse or backpack--or in the home, ready for prayer in an instant.
Nothing was neglected in making this one of my Ultimate Rosaries.  It will arrive boxed in silver and in a organza and velvet beaded gift bag, ready for presentation.

Glorious gem-quality Garnet pairs with an equal-arm Cross in solid Sterling Silver. I was told this is called the Redemptorist Cross, but I have not been able to confirm that--perhaps you know and can contact me?
The Garnet is 5-6mm, clear, with hints of pink raspberry.  The Our Fathers are 11x13mm oval Bali bead with perfect garnet cabochons front and back.  These beads are handmade in indonesia and are smooth and silky.  Another Bali bead, a 4mm tube is accented with small Garnet rounds.

Coming this week! AAA Garnet in Sterling w/ Reparationist Cross

Here's a quick look at my newest Rosary--

Continuing to work with this marvelous, gem grade Garnet--this time in Sterling with double sided Bali Garnet Our Fathers and a remarkable Cross.

This equal-arm Cross is the Cross of the Reparationist Fathers.  I have not been able to find out much about the order--I think 'Reparationist' is not the name of the order, but a nickname of sorts--as in the way we often call the Capuchins 'the gray Friars'.  Perhaps someone reading this will recognize the Cross and let me know.

The Our Fathers are 13x11mm with a Garnet cabochon front and back.  I love these beads--they are handmade and perfectly finished, and hard to find!

Like all my wire wrap Rosaries, this one is guaranteed against breakage for life. Period!

Using up some lovely Aquamarine left over from a Rosary--this features large, 8mm Aves separated by teal Czech Glass spacers. There are 4 Pewter hearts and a 10mm Japanese Tensha bead Our Father. The closure is an extra strong magnet. Wire guardians on each end of the magnet protect the cable from rubbing against the metal eyes and fraying.
NOTE when you receive the bracelet, it will be very stiff! That's because I pulled the cable very tight--the cable will relax and lengthen slightly over a couple of weeks. By pulling it tight , the beads will have a bit of breathing room without making a gap of open cable. The more you wear it the more flexible it will become.
This bracelet will fit most wrists. It is 7 3/4", including the magnetic closure.

There is almost 2 ounces of Sterling in the Crucifix, center, and Eucharist medal alone, and the Sterling Our Fathers are encrusted in sparkling Marcasite.  Two small, freshwater pearls flank the Marcasite beads, and everything is connected by wire wrapping.
Each bead is wrapped twice at each end , then swirled in sturdy 22gauge Sterling wire.  There are no jump rings (chain) to open and slide apart--you'll have to wear through the wire wrapped loops! This makes a connection so strong it is guaranteed for life.  Period.
Sleeping Beauty beads with enough quantity to make a Rosary are getting almost impossible to find--the mine is closed.  These stones are some I stashed away several years ago.  Many consider these Robin egg's blue stones, formed without matrix, to be one of the finest Turquoises in the world.

St Joan, Protector of Warriors, is featured on the French Cross wrapped in Thistle, and again on the center.  The Aves are AAA Garnet--beautiful, consistent red, eye clean Garnet in a medium tone that is very close to Rhodolite Garnet.  The Paters are Japanese decoupage beads, and there is a small Cross connecting the decades to the Paters.

Pink and Sterling Silver on the Bead Board!

Hoping to finish my newest unbreakable Wire Wrap Rosary this evening--

Sterling Crucifix and Mary at the feet of Elizabeth center with Swarovski Crystal Pave beads, flanked by Swarovski Rondelles for  Paters and beautiful, soft pink Czech Glass Aves, all wrapped in solid Sterling Silver wire.  It is a little more substantial than the typical commercial Rosaries, and has a wonderful heft in the hand.  I hope to list it later tonight or tomorrow, so keep an eye out for it!  This Rosary will be guaranteed against breakage for life.  period.  That's how strong wire wrapping is!

Labradoreite, a stone related to Moonstone, is a translucent, foggy deep gray with plenty of beautiful blue flash.  This Rosary teams it up with Black Onyx Our Fathers and a traditional St Benedict Crucifix.  St Benedict is a strong Protector against Evil and was known as an Exorcist. I do not recommend this as a pocket Rosary, as the cable is not unbreakable; however, with normal use (which I hope means daily use to you) it will give years of use.
