The Crucifix, and Saint Michael the ArchAngel have been carefully hand cast in solid Bronze from the antique originals. They have been gently antiqued and burnished to the original patina.
The 6mm rondelle Aves are double wrapped at each end--there are no jump rings to separate and ruin your Rosary--this type of Rosary has a connection so secure and durable that this Rosary is guaranteed against breakage for life. Period. You'll have to wear through the wire!
The Paters are 12mm faceted cafe-au-lait Mother of pearl.
The Aves are most likely heat treated Topaz--virtually all Topaz is heated in some fashion to add color intensity. (Source--Encyclopedia Britania), in this case, to take on a red color called Brazilian Ruby. They have that beautiful 'ruby' tone.
