The blue quartz is very special--from Brazil, where this uniquely natural blue color in quartz, not seen before, was found.  I picked up a bunch at a bead show and am slowly using it.  It's a stormy blue color, very mysterious, like a blue stormcloud.

IN OTHER NEWS

Sir Purrsalot has decided that the bead board is his best sleeping spot, which causes me grief--when I attempt to pick him up and remove him so I can work, he becomes boneless and squirmy, beads go every where and we're both perturbed.  I am trying to wean him off is favorite spot with the dreaded and evil red dot laser pen...not so successful thus far--I think he knows what I'm up to...if I can get His Majesty to move, I'll be working on listing 6 new cable rosaries--so watch for more listing this afternoon!

A Tale of Two Rosaries...

I was planning my next Rosary and wanted it to feature some of my favorite lamp glass beads. I played around  with colors and found the black and white versions look good...

Two different Crystal colors accent the lamp glass , two different finishes on the bronze. We'll see which one goes first--shoul list in a day or two, so watch this space!
