IN OTHER NEWS
Elvis Purrsley got hold of a plump field mouse who wandered into the workroom two nights ago--scared the poor mousie half to death and beat him up some before I could rescue him.  Poor thing just sat in the middle of the room--too scared to move--and I was able to pick him up and take him out to the bushes, where I sat him down safely. By the time I brought out food and water (figuring he would stay put till he healed from the beating), he had wandered off, hopefully thanking God and deciding never to try THAT again.
I know about the circle of life, but if Elvis won't dispatch his prey and put them out of their misery, I try to save said prey for another day to alleviate suffering...can't think of a way to either supress Elvis' prey-drive or supercharge it for fast action...at any rate, I'm hoping our little mousie visitor is back with his family and regaling them with the story...

New Lapis Rosary at HeartFeltRosaries.com!

It's ready--deep blue Lapis and warm Bronze in a new Rosary at HeartFeltRosaries

Wire wrapped with an unbreakable construction, this Rosary was designed in the Latin American style, featuring the Burning Heart of Jesus on one side, and a simple Crucifix on the other.  A Sun and Moon dangle from the arms in the Latin American tradition. Likewise, the center is a larger Heart of Jesus with the fire of love above and encircled with thorns.
The Cafe-au-lait Paters, topped with bronze bead caps, give just the right touch of elegance with their tone-on-tone bands of color.
As always, it comes ready for presentation--boxed in silver and in a gorgeous velvet and organza beaded bag!

WHY I WAS SO LATE POSTING THIS
Maxx vonMeow was having a sit down strike on my computer...negotiations ensued.

We compromised--Maxx vonMeow agreed to stop using the laptop as a buns warmer, and I agreed to get out a can of gourmet cat food...

Irish Malachite Rosary Listed!

Now at HeartFeltRosaries.com --
Brilliant, intense floral green Malachite in a Bronze Rosary with an Irish flair!
If you follow my work, you know I attempt to bring you the very best gemstones available, and I'm very sure this is the best Malachite you can find! Marry that with a solid, Celtic Cross, Angel center, and Stella Maris (Mary, Star of the Sea) medal for a stunning Rosary.

Unbreakable and wire wrapped, this Rosary will last a lifetime--you'll have to wear through the wire!

Wire Wrapping is an expensive and time consuming type of construction and not seen in commercial Rosaries--but you will not find a more beautiful or durable Rosary anywhere. There are no rings to separate, just closed, wrapped loops in a larger gauge, sturdy wire construction--double wrapped at each end of the bead, then swirled around the bead and wrapped again for good measure!

See it now at HeartFeltRosaries.com!

Have a lovely holiday tomorrow!  I'll be listening to my new Chesterton audio book and wrapping an amethyst  treasure--a thoroughly enjoyable day.  Want a new and vibrant view of Christianity?  Try G.K. Chesterton, 'Orthodoxy'--as fresh today as it was 70 years ago and brilliantly read by Dale Ahlquist. I'm on my fourth reading and just getting started!

Amethyst Our Fathers and black Onyx Hail Marys with a large, faceted Amethyst and smaller Moonstone on the Cross--and all in Sterling Silver.  The Cross comes from jewelry designers Richard and Marianne Jacobs (Offerings) and is a collectible all by itself, but it makes such a beautiful Rosary I had to put it to work!  It's on my list--check out my other Rosaries in my shop, HeartFelt Rosaries!

IN OTHER NEWS
Squeaker Fluffytail, family cat and all around ball of fur, has discovered the joy of lapping up water from a running faucet for a fresh drink.  It took her a while to learn--after all, she is a ...generously formed....cat and it takes a little yoga move or two to stretch that pink tongue out to the spigot without getting any water on her fur--but I am now called throughout the day to mind to her needs and run the water while she swigs it down.  O yes, she makes her desires known.  Apparently the water bowel takes a distant second place to running water.  Wish I could show you a video...
She'll be sleeping next to me as I wrap beads tonight, with Maxx vonMeow behind me on the couch cushion--sweet companions as I work!

The weather broke and I can open the windows in the evening. The cats so enjoy hearing the birds and the crickets, and feeling the cool breeze--all three pile into one window sill, jockeying for the best perch and chasing the odd moth on the screen.  It's enjoyable just to watch them in silence and be at peace as evening slowly arrives.
